Robbery under A.R.S. 13-1902 (Class 4 Felony):

  • First offense: probation with up to 1 year in jail; if prison is ordered, between 1 year and 3 years, 9 months in prison
  • One historical prior felony conviction: between 2 years, 3 months and 7 years, 6 months in prison
  • Two historical prior felony convictions: between 6 and 15 years in prison

Aggravated Robbery under A.R.S. 13-1903 (Class 3 Felony):

  • First offense: Probation with up to 1 year in jail; if prison is ordered, between 2 years and 8 years, 9 months in prison
  • One historical prior felony conviction: between 3 years, 6 months and 16 years, 3 months in prison
  • Two historical prior felony convictions: between 7 years, 6 months and 25 years in prison

Armed Robbery under A.R.S. 13.1904 (Class 2 Felony):

  • First offense: between 7 and 21 years in prison, with a presumptive term of 10 years, 6 months in prison
  • One historical prior felony conviction: between 4 years, 6 months and 23 years, 3 months in prison
  • Two historical prior felony convictions: Between 10 years, 6 months and 35 years in prison
