Arizona Driving on a Suspended License (A.R.S. 28-3473)

Throughout Arizona, if you operate a motor vehicle on a public highway and your privilege to drive a motor vehicle has been suspended, revoked, canceled, refused, or otherwise disqualified, then you could be found guilty of Driving on a Suspended License.

If you license is suspended or revoked for failing to pay a court fine or appear for a hearing, then you could be given a civil citation under A.R.S. 28-3482.

• Up to 3 years of probation;
• Up to a $2,500 fine plus court surcharges;
• Up to 6 months in jail;
• Community service;
• Driving school;
• Other penalties at the judge’s discretion.
