PARTNER

David Tangren has spent his entire legal career in the State of Arizona, graduating from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he served as a Note and Comment Editor on the International and Comparative Law Journal. Following graduation, he worked for the Pima County Attorney’s Office. Beginning as a misdemeanor prosecutor, he gained valuable experience in litigating DUI crimes, along with every other misdemeanor charge from Disorderly Conduct to Driving on a Suspended License. He then moved to a felony trial team, in the Property and Narcotics Bureau. He gained experience in all manner of criminal litigation, from grand jury to evidentiary hearings, through several trials, all as first chair.

Realizing he would like to leverage his criminal litigation experience, David moved to Phoenix, where he has worked exclusively in private defense practice, including for one of the largest criminal defense firms in Maricopa County. He has represented clients in courts across the State, from Maricopa to Apache County. In his spare time, he enjoys playing with his dogs, playing golf, and watching his San Francisco Giants and 49ers.
